It's a Coxswain Life

Haven’t had a 6 hour shift in a very long time. Not to mention that it’s the graveyard shift, leaving a lot of time to oneself. It’s far too easy to make yourself think things are unlike the way they are. However, sometimes the situation is exactly how it appears.

There becomes a point in each and everyone of our lives, that we realize certain things. At different ages and different events, we all have that “Ah-hah!” moment. Tonight is a partial experience of that moment, as I lie alone in my two bedroom apartment. As I wonder wether the knowledge and information i have is enough to make any conclusions, or If i am just making everything up, I’m just very confused and very worried…and honestly, I shouldn’t be. I am almost 21, an adult by many years over in some communities, I have what I need, and should be able to carry myself as such. The need for external reassurances and satisfaction is over, it is time to move on and become one’s joy, happiness, and content.
